It was June 15, 2015 when President Donald Trump first announced that he was running for President in the year 2016. This choice rocked the nation as so many people believed that he was not right for our country and believed that Hillary Clinton would be the better choice. The left wing (Democrats) believed that not only would she make a great President as we all know that she wore the pants while Bill Clinton was President, but she would as well make history as being the United States First Female President.

There were those Republicans that felt that Donald Trump was unconventional as he did not carry the typical presidential attitude he should, after all President Donald Trump was not afraid to voice his opinion of what he felt was best for this great country as well as what he planned to do for our country. President Donald Trump as well was never afraid to call out those who dared to say things that perhaps were not completely on the lines of the truth, he was sure to get to the bottom of any and all issues that the liberals threw at him or said about him being sure that there was complete and total transparency in who he was, his past as well as what his plans where and everything that his opponents where hiding.

When President Trump ran for president, I am not going to lie as I felt that this was one of the greatest things as I have always felt that America truly needed a change of pace, a fresh view and we truly needed to brake away from the people who have been in politics for so long that were raised in political families and we no doubt needed a President that was not afraid to take action to change everything that President Obama had done to our country.

I believe that President Trump has done a superior job as the President and one that I have not seen done since President George W. Bush, I believe this because there are so many things that President Trump has done to help the middle class, to make changes about the abuse of the welfare system, provide better tax breaks for families that work to provide for their children and seem to still pay larger amounts, he has increased jobs for the country which helped so many who were suffering from not being able to work to enable them to once again be in the job field in order to provide for their families and he as well has made changes to the Veterans Departments helping veterans to get the best care that they can.

I am enthused with the way that President Trump has truly stuck to the “Building The Wall” even if it means government shut downs, the fact that he was sure to go and visit the boarder patrol in show America through this visit that even boarder patrol understands the government shut down, is still willing to work through the shut down and as well supported the purpose expressing how bad this wall needs to be built due to the things that they deal with day to day.

There is a sad situation that is occurring with the none Trump Supporters that I am personally seeing on a day to day basis, this is something that is because perhaps the people are not educated enough, do not watch the news or are watching fake news and typically these same people go by only what it is that they hear based on word of mouth. I personally and recently experienced this by two very close friends just the other night whom have been like family for almost six years and whose daughter has dated my son for the same amount of time (this is how we have become family).

They came over which is nothing new we honestly spend less days apart than the days we spend together, and they have truly been a god send in our lives.

As we were enjoying laughter’s and us two mommy’s were dying fun colors in our hair the topic came up of the “State of the Union Address” that was going to be on this evening and how badly I wanted to make sure to get to watch it but given our activities along with feeding our two families it was probably not going to happen until I was able to watch it on “YouTube” in the upcoming days. Now as a family (as this is what we have come) we typically talk politics of our local government as these are people that we are familiar with and we do live in a very small town so it makes it even easier because everyone knows everyone’s business. When these talks occur I can honestly say that there has never been a time in six years that we disagreed in anything political.

However, on this evening they said the words that threw me into shock, “They hoped that Trump would soon be impeached”, I have to be honest because I about fell over when they said this. So I went into conversation with them about this situation and why they felt this way and I did so without instantly attacking their opinion because I do not believe that we should personally attack anyone for their personal political views as it is their political views to have.

The reason that they gave is; President Donald Trump took food stamps and medical from so many people that they believed this was unfair to those families and worried about what how those families were going to survive. They as well were not happy with how the government shut down was going to hold up food stamps and all government assitance for so many families in need including thier own.

Now this is a family that truly needs these services as both the mother and father get social security income and truly are disabled and that is hardly enough for them to cover their bills let alone to feed their daughter. I am completely understanding of their situaiton and their reasons to be worried, however I did explain that the people that were taken off the welfare system were not people like themselves, yet they were individuals who were capable of working, the same individuals that President Obama babied making them believe that the government should give them everything and that they truly should not have to work for what they need to survive, because the middle class could handle working for them and by the middle class paying taxes that this would in turn provide these needs for the welfare babies.

The people whom are driving brand new cars, purchasing live lobsters with the food stamps and as well using the cash assistance to purchase expensive items that even the working middle class can not afford are the individuals whom were taken off the welfare system. I had to explain that it was the people like themselves who were disabled and collecting social security, veterans benefits, as well as perhaps workmans compensation for injuries that occured in the work place or people pending social security determination were unaffected by this action because they were the ones that this welfare system was made for.

It took a little bit to make them see that what President Trump has done was create more jobs sending these same people to work to show them that they in fact are able to work, that there is work out there and that they truly can in fact live without the government paying for them to survive and as well as lowered the taxes for the working class to relief the stress on the working or middle class of paying taxes and struggling without getting any assistance. I explained how this tax break took less taxes out of the paychecks of the people whom fell in tax brackets such as my husband and I do. This gave families like mine more money in thier paychecks, giving us more money to pay bills, provide for our families and hopefully if lucky be able to start building savings accounts or saving for our children’s college funds as well as retirement.

I explained that President Trump as well took away the penalty fee’s that people like my husband would face when filing taxes becaue health insurance is not an option due to cost through the work place and not qualifying for state funded health insurance.

This family is typically well informed of their political stands however, in this situation they were listening to those people that the liberals have made believe that the government owes them everything and that they have to do nothing to get what it is that they need. This is sad because there are so many people who are so misinformed by liberal parties, fake news and poor word of mouth. They have no idea of why President Donald Trump takes the actions that he does, because these are the people who want to listen to the liberal party complain about the actions and think that we have to baby those who choose not to work. They are misinformed by welfare babies, the people that are loosing the help of our welfare system due to the abuse that they place on the system through the choice to not work and sit at home treating life like one large party and think that the government owes them something.

It was not until they left that I was actually able to catch part of the “State of the Union Address”, and even than I feel asleep through it, however I wish I would have been able for them to stay and watch it and I can only hope that after our conversation that they truly do consider to take the time to watch the “State of the Union” to understand what is honestly going on and why it is so important for us as American’s to be sure to re-elect President Donald Trump in the year 2020 to allow for him to continue to create the great change.
